Support data
Your message is private to Pinemoon Studios support. It is not automatically published on GitHub.
We store the category, message, optional reply email and version details if you opened the form from the app. We do not automatically collect download history, chats, file lists or license keys.
Cloudflare hosts this form and its data. Turnstile helps prevent spam. Your IP address is not stored with the ticket; rate limits use a temporary HMAC-based code that is removed within two days. Cloudflare separately processes network data to operate and protect the service.
Tickets are removed after 90 days without an update. A general description of a problem, without personal details, may appear in public release notes.
For access, correction or deletion, contact us through this private form and include your previous ticket number if you have one. Do not send passwords or license keys.
Read the TigerDC++ privacy policy for more information about data processing.
